Updated Visitor Information during Covid-19

As South Africa’s lockdown has moved to level one, the JHGC will be slowly and cautiously reopening to visitors from 1 September 2020. Visits are by appointment only and will follow special opening hours. The safety of our visitors and staff is our biggest priority, and best practice regarding Covid-19 prevention will be in place, including implementing the compulsory wearing of masks, social distancing, and keeping daily visitor numbers below 50.

Online programming will continue, including public webinars, weekly podcasts, as well as virtual classroom experiences for learners and educators who do not feel comfortable coming to the Centre.
